VACC SK Opening Event ; Thursday, 24 JUN 10, 1700 - 2100Z  To celebrate becoming official vACC Slovakia is organising an event on Thursday, the 24th of June. Bratislava (LZIB) and Kosice (LZKZ) will both be staffed for a duration of four hours, from 1700 to 2100 Zulu. CZECH ONLINE DAYS 2010  The Czech FIR Praha is staffed for you every Thursday evening from 1900Z. You can expect extensive ATC coverage including center position and full service at Prague - Ruzyne international airport (LKPR). In addition, Czech Online Days will feature remaining Czech IFR airports -- Karlovy Vary (LKKV), Brno-Turany (LKTB), Ostrava-Mosnov (LKMT), VFR local flights, training sessions for certain procedures, and much more. Remember, the new LKPR, LKVO and LKKV Charts are valid from 06MAY10 - check the updates !!

Flying Rhino 2010  Dear pilots, I would like to inform you about temporary restriction of the Czech Republic virtual air space for virtual military air exercise FLYING RHINO 2010. The virtual airspace will be restricted continually from 03MAY10 0600Z to 23MAY10 2359Z. For closer information see the General briefing and NOTAM. The pilots misions manuals has been published on:Flying Rhino 2010 Information Section. The special event to fly the missions is planned to the Thursday, 20 MAY 10 1800Z+ All pilots welcome !
Runway to Hell 2010  Czech VACC and Czech Airlines Virtual invite you jointly again to the high density fly-in in Prague. Compared to real Prague Ruzyne Airport peak 55 movements per hour, our previous "Runway to Hell" event maximum was 48 virtual movements per hour on the single runway. We want you again to explore how the real pilots feel: * when they hear late landing clearance, * when they must vacate as soon as it gets, * when they are number six on approach, * when they are cleared for immediate take off, * when they have no chance to make any mistake! We offer full air traffic control with 9 ATC positions, advanced flight booking system with more than 150 flights, and a single runway landing and ground procedures tutorial to download and clip onto your yokes. You can add your own flight to event booking by using SLOT REQUEST buttom.

VATEUD Full Coverage 2010  VATEUD is pleased to announce the Full Coverage event on Sunday 31st January from 1830 to 2130z. VATEUD's vACCs are all working together to bring you a fantastic evening on VATSIM. Expect all countries to be covered and also, a minimum of one Approach in each country. This means that all FIR's within Europe will have ATC coverage, something we rarely see on VATSIM. There are no specific rules to this event. Just fly across Europe and enjoy the very best of European ATC for 3 hours..... Remember, wherever you go, you will be guided by our talented ATC. CSAv:The First Company Flight Celebration. Prague <-> Bratislava, Thursday 29 OCT 2009, 1800Z+  As a celebration of the first flight of CSA company plane (AERO A-14)in 1923 the shuttle event between each of the Praha allocated airports and Bratislava is prepared. The event is generally predestined to small or old aicrafts used in real life by CSA anytime in your history, but you can fly with modern plane too. According your type the correct FPL route may be used. The routes are available in both the directions from Bratislava to Praha and opposite one too. During the event the "oldtimer flight" from Kbely to Vajnory airports is prepared, according to the real life flight 86 years ago. The plane will be flying without transpoder and with limited radio communication in VMC condition. the full coverage of the whole airspace used is guaranted! See the full scenario in CSAv forum.
